Lee M. Huffines, Managing Partner

Lee Huffines has been employed with Commissioning WorCx since his graduation from NC State University in 2008. In 2015 he became a Vice President and Principal in the firm. During his time at the company he has held a variety of roles including field technician, project manager, project engineer, and is currently the Vice President of Field Engineering Services.  During this time his tasks have included design document review, commissioning documentation generation, commissioning process implementation, construction quality assurance, functional performance testing, and continuing O&M training and commissioning.

Lee has overseen projects ranging from high-rise office buildings, to collegiate dormitories and classrooms, and medical office facilities.  His primary role in the company is to write and conduct functional performance testing of building automation systems, due to his working knowledge of many different control platforms and communication protocols.
